At Suja Global Pte Ltd, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return guidelines:

1. Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

  • Consumable parts and accessories

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at sales@suja.global with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the product to the address provided.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
