Our Commitment

We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for the period specified below.

Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated for specific products).

  • During the warranty period, Suja Global will, at its discretion, repair defective products for the customer.

  • Repaired products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.

  • Damage caused by environmental conditions beyond normal use (e.g., extreme heat, humidity, corrosion, or weather exposure).

  • Products altered or modified without prior written consent from Suja Global.

Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  2. Describe the defect in detail and provide clear photos or videos, if applicable.

  3. Send the claim request to our Customer Service Team via email at sales@suja.global

Once reviewed, our team will advise on the next steps for repair.

Limitations of Liability

 

Except where prohibited by law, Suja Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
